Poppel to Ravels Run

We raced yesterday over in Belgium. Its was a 10 mile (16km) run from Poppel to Ravels just by the Dutch border. As ever it was very well organised with coaches taking runners from the HQ based at the finish line to the start at Poppel. The weather was just about right but there was a bit of a headwind which we were running into all the way. Can't complain as there were no hills.

I finished in 1hr 14mins and 18 seconds and Nancy in 1hr 17mins and 37secs. We were both very pleased with the times as we both beat our targets. And there were a few goodies at the end including a free iccream, a towel (with race logo) and a shoe bag.
