Relaxing night
After a couple of evening of intensive training I have this evening off. Just as well as my legs really felt drained this morning. Football circuits are getting better and now can enjoy. My arms and chest rally take at battering but that the point. Tuesday was the 3rd week in a row that I've gone and think I will try and make in a perminent fixture. Yesterday it was a easy eight mile run. Didn't push but ran a nice steady pace. Will be tapering down the exercise as am doinga half marathon at Gunty Fen on Sunday. Objective is to run below 1:40.
